North River Arts Council, Inc. is a non-profit corporation formed to promote art, serve artists, and bring the economic impact of the arts to the communities of Warren County, Iowa, including Carlisle, Indianola, Norwalk, and beyond. We do that by providing educational opportunities for artists and art lovers, and by creating a place for art to thrive.
